Brave New Wonders – Factory Automation, Base Building, Simulation, Strategy, Indie

Build a factory. Command a machine. Rebuild a world.

Build a factory. Command a machine. Rebuild a world.

Humanity is gone.

Their cities are ruins. Their machines are silent.

Their world has been broken apart and scattered across continents, islands, and skies.

But you have something they don't!

Brave New Wonders is like no other game. It is a factory automation and base-building simulation set in the distant, post-apocalyptic future. Players can command automatons with plain-text instructions in any language to explore ruins, battle enemies, build factories, automate production lines, and construct incredible wonders.

A second chance. The Golden Rules!

Forget conveyor belts. Command intelligent automatons using natural language – in your own language, with no coding required. Give simple instructions, define complex behaviours, and watch your machines bring your ideas to life. Mine resources, craft increasingly complex components, design sprawling production networks, and explore the remnants of a civilization long lost. At the heart of it all is your Airborne Wonder, a colossal flying factory and mobile base that carries your operations across a ruined world. Brave New Wonders is an epic, deep and thoughtful creation and somewhat unique challenge!

Just tell your machines what you want them to do, and build the systems to make it happen.

Mine. Craft. Automate. Explore and uncover what happened to the world that came before.

You don't need to learn a programming language to automate your factory.

Give your automatons instructions in plain language!

It’s clever – But then so are YOU! – The player is in total control!

QUOTE // SHALA CHEN

“The text command system is a core part of Brave New Wonders. Rather than using AI behind the scenes, we made it an essential gameplay feature that lets players give automatons natural-language instructions.

Unlike traditional automation games, where you’re limited to predefined functions, players can create, edit, and reuse their own commands, including creating signal systems to communicate with other buildings. Once players understand the system, it opens up a lot of creative experimentation and unexpected possibilities.

The AI system interprets the player’s intent and translates it into automaton actions; it only does what the player wants. Whoever gives the commands is the author.”
